Restore Droply Premium
If you bought Premium on another device, open Settings in Droply Kids, choose Restore Purchases and confirm the parent check. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Droply Kids. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
Audio stops or the timer doesn't fade out
Make sure the phone is not in Low Power Mode during the routine and that the volume is up. Droply keeps playing with the screen locked; if another app starts playing audio, it can interrupt the routine.
Bedtime reminder doesn't appear
Check that notifications for Droply Kids are allowed in the iPhone's Settings, and that a Focus mode such as Sleep is not hiding them.
Profiles and data
Profiles, favourites and the night-sky streak are stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes them. They are included in your device backup if iCloud Backup is turned on.
